This large single-bowl kitchen sink is made of premium 16-gauge Type 304 stainless steel, the most heavy-duty for residential sinks. It is designed to have tight corners and straight edges with plenty of space to hold pots and pans and everything else. It's easy to move things around in the sink without a divider in place. Measuring 28 inches inside, the sink can be mounted in a 30-inch sink base. The balance of capacity, convenience of use, and fitness for jobs makes it a favorite of many. The sink features a traditional brushed matte finish that allows normal wear and tear to blend into its subtle grains, effectively becoming scratch-resistant. A mirror-highlighted rim adds brightness and sophistication to the sink's minimalist appearance. Heavy-duty rubber pads and coating on underside of each sink bowl muffle the noise of splashing water and absorb condensation due to changes in water temperature. Drain hole is placed toward the rear of the sink so that the under-counter plumbing takes less space and leaves more room for storage. Wells Sinkware (Wells) warrants to the original owner of a Wells or Wentworth by Wells brand of stainless steel sink to be free of all manufacturing and material defects and that if it fails due to such defects under normal residential use for as long as he/she owns the property where the sink is installed, Wells will repair or replace such product at its option. Wells reserves the right to inspect product in question and its installation prior to the replacement or repair.

This warranty does not cover product failure or damage caused by (1) handling and/or improper installation (see Wells Sinkware Installation Guide); (2) modification of the product; (3) commercial use; (4) improper cleaning or maintenance, use of aggressive/corrosive chemicals such as photographic solutions, industrial acids, etc. (see A Wells Guide to Care and Cleaning of Stainless Steel Sinks); and (5) negligence, misuse, abuse, and environmental factors. This warranty also does not cover (6) normal wear including dents and scratches; (7) shipping costs, labor costs, or any other expenses related to the warranty service; and (8) obsolete, discontinued or display products.

Wells is not liable under this warranty for loss of this sink or other incidental, special or consequential costs, expenses or damages, including but not limited to, that resulting from removing and replacing this sinks prior and subsequent to the warranty service. No additional warranties, expressed or implied, are given including but not limited to that of merchantability or fitness for any particular purposes. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or province to province.
