- 1 lg Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tb Vegetable Oil
- 1 pt Red Cherry Tomatoes, stemmed
- And halved 1 pt Yellow Cherry Tomatoes,
- Stemmed and halved DRESSING 1 Clove Garlic, minced
- 1/3 c Olive Oil
- 1/4 c Wine Vinegar
- 1 tb Basalmic Vinegar
- 2 tb Italian Parsley, chopped
